1. GENERAL
These Terms & Conditions regulate your use of the Hotnation website and services, including the booking and attendance of classes at our studio in Eindhoven. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Hotnation reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
2. SERVICES & BOOKINGS
Hotnation provides hot pilates classes that can be booked via our website. All bookings and payments are processed through a third-party platform (Mindbody). By completing a booking, you also agree to Mindbody’s terms and conditions.
Class availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed.
3. PRICING, PAYMENTS & VALIDITY
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
We offer the following options:
⁌ Intro offer: 1+1 Class for free
⁌ Class packs (with limited validity)
⁌ Monthly memberships
Credit validity:
⁌ 1 Class Pack: valid 1 month
⁌ 3 Class Pack: valid 2 months
⁌ 5 Class Pack: valid 3 months
⁌ 10 Class Pack: valid 6 months
Credits must be used within their validity period. Expired credits are automatically forfeited and cannot be extended, refunded, or reactivated, unless required by applicable law.
4. PRICING, PROMOTIONS & SYSTEM ERRORS
Promotions cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
Hotnation reserves the right to correct pricing and billing errors caused by technical/system issues.
Pricing resulting from errors or glitches will not be honored.
5. MEMBERSHIPS & RENEWAL
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and automatically renew unless cancelled.
CANCELLATION TERMS:
Memberships have no minimum commitment period and may be cancelled at any time. When a membership is cancelled, the membership will remain active until the end of the current billing month, after which it will automatically end. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing period.
To cancel, log in to your personal account via
www.hotnation.nl and disable the auto-renewal option.
Hotnation reserves the right to adjust membership pricing, provided reasonable prior notice is given.
6. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Cancellations are free of charge up to 12 hours before the class.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
No-shows will also result in forfeiture of the class credit.
7. STUDIO ACCESS & LATE-ARRIVAL
Clients are advised to arrive 10–15 minutes before class starts.
For safety and to ensure class flow:
⁌ Entry will not be permitted more than 5 minutes after the class has started.
⁌ Late arrival may result in loss of the class credit.
8. PERSONAL USE
All purchases, including credits, memberships, and passes, are:
⁌ Personal to the purchaser.
⁌ Non-transferable.
⁌ Non-refundable (except where required by law).
⁌ Account sharing or transfer of credits is strictly prohibited.
9. HEALTH & PHYSICAL CONDITION
By participating in classes, you confirm that:
⁌ You are physically fit and able to take part in hot pilates.
⁌ You understand the risks associated with exercising in a heated environment.
Hotnation shall not be liable for injuries sustained during participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Participation during pregnancy is not permitted due to the physical demands and heated conditions of the classes.
Participants are responsible for listening to their bodies, taking breaks when needed, and maintaining adequate hydration.
10. STUDIO RULES [HYGIENE & CONDUCT]
To ensure a safe and respectful environment:
⁌ A mat towel is mandatory for hygiene and grip.
⁌ Shoes and jackets must be stored in the designated area.
⁌ Mobile phones must be kept on silent during class.
⁌ All participants must respect the space and privacy of others.
Hotnation reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who does not comply with studio rules. Hotnation further reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate memberships in cases of misconduct, abusive behaviour, or repeated violations of these Terms & Conditions.
11. SCHEDULE CHANGES
Hotnation reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or services where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, clients will be informed in advance. Hotnation shall not be held liable for any such changes.
Hotnation shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical failures, or force majeure.
12. MEDIA RIGHTS & FILMING POLICY
Participants may take photos or videos for personal use, provided this does not disrupt classes or disturb other clients. To protect the comfort and privacy of everyone in the studio, filming during class is only permitted in the back row, and no other clients may appear in your content without their clear consent.
Hotnation may occasionally capture photo or video content for marketing purposes. By attending classes, you consent to being included in such material unless you explicitly inform a member of staff otherwise.
Thank you for helping us preserve a space where everyone can move freely and feel completely at ease.
13. LIABILITY
Participation in all classes is at your own risk.
Hotnation is not liable for:
⁌ Personal injury, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
⁌ Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
