First time? Here’s how to prep

So exciting you’re coming! Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in, sign your waiver, meet your instructor, and get a feel for the studio. Bring a water bottle and a mat towel (for grip + hygiene). Wear whatever you feel good in — we’ve got the rest covered.

Any studio notes or house rules?

Just a few little things to keep the space clean and safe:

[1] Please leave shoes and jackets downstairs in the cloakroom.
[2] Keep phones on silent (your focus = the vibe).
[3] Want to film? Totally fine — just do it discreetly and be mindful of others.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever you feel confident moving and sweating in — leggings/shorts + a sports bra or top is perfect. Grip socks are optional (they can be nice for extra stability), but barefoot is totally fine too.

What should I bring?

[1] A mat towel cover (mandatory) — for hygiene + grip in the heat. You can buy one at reception, or bring your own (search “yoga towel” or “mat towel” online).

[2] A water bottle — you can refill it at our hydration station anytime.

Can I take breaks during class?

Always. Our classes are meant to challenge you in a good way, but you’re encouraged to go at your own pace. Take breaks, hydrate, and listen to your body. The energy is supportive, not competitive.

Why the heat?

Because it makes everything feel better. Our infrared heat warms your body directly (not just the air), so you get that deep, feel-good intensity without the overwhelming sauna vibe. Expect easier movement, a better sweat, and that post-class reset feeling.

Can I shower there?

Yes! We have 2 showers full of amenities so you can leave feeling fresh and ready for your day.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes of course! They can book their own class by signing up on our website. And if you’re a member, you’ll have monthly guest passes included :)

What's your cancellation policy?

[1] Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class.
[2] Cancel within 12 hours — Class credit is forfeited.
[3] No-show — Class credit is forfeited

We don’t charge extra fees. Just the credit.

Can I attend if I'm pregnant?

Our classes aren’t recommended during pregnancy. We’d love to welcome you post-partum when you’re ready.

What if I arrive late?

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early. For safety and flow, we can’t allow entry more than 5 minutes after class starts.

What about parking?

Easy. There’s free parking around the studio, and we also have a bike parking area if you’re cycling in.

Is the studio women-only?

Yes — for now, HOTNATION is women-only, to keep the space feeling comfortable, safe, and super supportive.

What's the vibe like?

High energy, fun, and a little bit spicy. Expect great music, a darker room, and LED lighting that sets the mood. It’s focused, sweaty, and feel-good; addictive - in the best way.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! Just email us or ask at reception and we’ll help you set it up.

What's your photo/video policy?

Attendees are welcome to film their own content — but always with respect for everyone’s space and privacy. Filming during class is only permitted in the back row.

From time to time, HOTNATION may capture photos or short videos in and around class for marketing (like social media). If you’d prefer not to be filmed, just let the team know — we’re happy to accommodate.
